Return & Exchanges

  • Free shipping is limited to standard delivery within the United States and to APO/FPO locations.
  • If you select Express or overnight shipping on your exchange purchase, you are responsible for paying the full postage fee.
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice. Returns without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
  • Use the Smart-Label (the U.S. only) affixed to your original invoice.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method used to place the order.
  • It may take one to two billing cycles for a credit card refund to appear in your account.
  • PayPal-purchased items must be returned through the mail. Only the customer’s PayPal account will be refunded. Smart-Label fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds and gift cards only include the product and tax amount. If an erroneous item was supplied, or if products were faulty or damaged in transit within 45 days of delivery, we will additionally refund the usual shipping costs.
  • If you do not have your receipt for in-store transactions, you will only be able to exchange or obtain store credit at the current price. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
